FY 2018 Call for Product Quality Research Proposals
Improving the quality and consistency of beef palatability attributes helps to enhance beef eating experiences for consumers. Product quality research plays a critical role in collecting data to assist stakeholders in ensuring high quality beef is available to consumers. To accomplish that goal, on behalf of The Beef Checkoff, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, a contractor of the beef checkoff, is conducting a directed solicitation of research proposals.
